Light of Life Memorial

The Light of Life memorial provides a unique opportunity to remember and honor the memory of our loved ones by purchasing an ornament in their name to shine brightly throughout the holiday season. Ornaments will be hung on the Light of Life trees, located directly inside the theater entrance to the Manhattan Town Center. If you are able to attend our tree dedication ceremony on Tuesday, December 1st at 6:00 p.m. you will be invited to hang your ornaments at that time. If you are unable to attend, a member of the Good Shepherd Foundation board or staff will lovingly hang the ornament for you.

Ornaments can be purchased anytime throughout the months of November and December.  Ornaments that are ordered after December 1st will be inscribed and hung on the trees throughout the month. 

The Light of Life trees are decorated with white doves, shining stars and luminous angels which represent the life and memory of those we hold dear. Each ornament is inscribed with the name of your loved one and placed on the dove, star or angel tree. The ornament is yours to keep at the end of the holiday season and may be picked up at the Good Shepherd Homecare & Hospice Administrative Office after the first of the year.
